If you have been searching through real estate listings, you will know that often it is difficult to find homes for sale that are new to the market. That is where we come in. We try to make it easy while keeping your time commitment to a minimum. To start, select a state, then chose the city or area you are interested in. You will be able to choose from options like: Amount of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Acreage, Price Range and the Age of the home. You may also add comments and/or additional search criteria to help us find that home that is deep in your thoughts.

When using our site, we will use three terms interchangeably for the phrase Real Estate:
  1.) Home - A Single Family home that sits on its own piece of property
  2.) Condo (short for Condominium) - A building or complex where the unit is owned but the land is not.
  3.) Property - Commonly referred to as lots and/or land.

What we currently offer:
  - The ability to submit a request to receive listings that match your criteria. These fullfilled requests will be sent out via e-mail from a representative in the area you are searching. You will recieve e-mails when new listings come onto the market that match your request.
